Lean IT

Specific Objectives:
- Introduce Lean basic concepts – value and waste.
- Teach in a macro way, Lean and structured flow fundamentals of problem solution.
- Support the participant to lead small changes in routine processes in his/her department, through the use of some quality tools
- Provide a simple and direct methodology for deviation analysis and problems that may be observed in the daily routine.
