Design For Lean Six Sigma with Design Dlements Thinking – DFLSS Upgrade
Specific Objectives:
- Complement the knowledge of Green Belts or Black Belts already trained in the DMAIC methodology in relation to DFSS methodology
- Develop the competences and abilities so that the Belt lead the development of new products, processes, and services
- Combine DFSS method with Design Thinking elements assuring the development of the new concept with agility and having the customer as the focus point
