Specific Objectives:
- Teach in a macro way, the structure and fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC flowchart.
- Some quality tools are taught to support the YB to lead small changes in the routine process of the department, while developing it to effectively participate as a team member in GB’s and BB’s projects.
