Lean Belt
Specific Objectives:
- Teach Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology to the LB in such a way that it is used to lead low-complexity improvement projects.
- Provide a certain level of knowledge regarding the tools that enable the belt to listen to the “voice of people” and, from there, understand the problem and propose changes. (Strong focus on qualitative tools)
