LSS Green Belt
Specific Objectives:
- To teach the principles and tools of the Lean Six Sigma methodology based on the DMAIC mental model, enabling the Belt to lead low and medium complexity improvement projects;
- To develop the leadership skills needed to implement and manage improvements through projects in an organization;
- Introduce participants to technologies based on AI (Artificial Intelligence) that can help implement improvement initiatives.
- Build a culture of Efficient Business Management in the company, generating a perception of increased market value for shareholders.
