Managers (Champions) – improvement projects
Specific Objectives:
- Awareness of managers regarding the importance of operating excellence and how it can support the fulfillment of goals and objectives in their departments.
- Introduction of improvement projects concepts and methodologies used, Lean and Six Sigma.
- Define their roles and responsibilities inside the operating excellence initiative.
- Provide knowledge of DMAIC flow (define, measure, analyze, improve, and control) and its tools so that the manager can better support the Project team.
