The Habits of Highly Effective People

Specific Objectives:
- Bring awareness to participants that the management of their on time is an individual responsibility
- Offer tips and insights about how to better regulate the several facets that involve human needs; which, if well balanced, can lead to a better performance, as well as a better well being sensation
- The course is more focused on bringing reflections and insights about the change of some habits, and the impact on the individual time management (the reference for the course is the book “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People”)
