Formation in Lean Specialist

Specific Objectives:
- Enable participants in the Lean Philosophy concepts Applied both in transactional processes (Lean Administration) and productive processes (Lean Manufacturing).
- More than Only learning Lean tools, the participants will learn how to implement Lean management system: a culture of business efficient management, creating a perception of market value increase to shareholders.
