LSS Black Belt Upgrade

Specific Objectives:
- Increase the level of knowledge about Lean Six Sigma methodology for those who are already trained Green Belts and/or certified so that they lead projects of more complexity and mentor Green Belts and Yellow Belts
- Provide a deeper use and implementation of analytical tools.
- Develop the competence and skills to lead teams and more complex projects (change management)
