Specific Objectives:
- Teach Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology to the BB, in such a way that it is used to create the changes needed in the organization through improvement projects.
- Develop the competences and skills so that the BB identifies projects aligned to the business strategic vision, use the adequate financial language and perform the “mentoring” process with other Project leaders (GB’s e YB’s).
