Objective: Increase the maturity of the productive process, integration with maintenance activities, and physical organization, increasing the culture of the involved and affected areas.

Most Employed Techniques:
   • TPM (Total Productive Maintenance, more focused on providing more maturity to the autonomous, planned, 4-to-6-pillar, maintenance processes; average time: 6 to 8 months)
   • TPM (Total Productive Manufacture, strong focus on continuous improvement in every discipline involved in the productive environment, 6 to 8 pillars, average time: 12 to 24 months)
  • 5S (5 physical, digital, or work organization senses)

• Initial diagnosis, premise and indicator definition
• Process Mapping and data collection
• Opportunity identification and prioritization
• Identification of the pillars prioritized by the client in the chosen method (TPM: 6 to 8 pillars / 5S: 5 senses).
• Manage the control plan and the effectiveness evaluation.
