Kaizen Events and Client & Employee Journey Design

Objective:
SETA Training and Consulting is working with its consultants to conduct short-term improvement projects to impact the client – Kaizens. In addition to conducting the Kaizens, we train the client’s facilitators to quickly help them feel prepared to conduct future projects.
SETA helps the client to identify the best projects to conduct according to the client’s main objectives, assisting also in the team assembly, project conduction, and post-Kaizen action implementation, showing the gains to the organization.
 
Most Employed Techniques:

- Kaizen (Lean Events): Waste identification (8Ws) and great focus on improving the existing processes.

- Design Sprint (Design Thinking Events): Elaboration of Journeys to improve the experience of those who use your services, processes, or products and/or to create new solutions.
 
Work plan:
• Sensitization Lecture for Managers (2 to 4 hours).
• Consultancy to determine and prioritize processes (1 to 2 days).
• Soft Skill Training (1 day – Develop skills of situational leadership, change management, and influence).
• Hard Skill Training (1 day – Lean/Kaizen or Design Thinking quality and mental/methodological model tools).
• Kaizen Event (6 to 10 days) or Design event (2 to 6 days). This module, conducted with the participants, includes process mapping, indicator determination/creation, analyses, prioritization, and joint action implantation or agile management of implantation.
