Objective: Developing groups (intact teams) in specific themes defined in advance and focused on the integration of the team/area and on achieving better results as a single group instead of a set of ‘grouped’ individuals.
Program Content: to be determined with the client
- Sessions entirely customized for each area/public
- In these meetings, we will be working techniques to reflect on the role each person has in the organization/area and their impact on the group as a whole. Also, we will be setting the personal and collective commitments to take the organization/area towards the established objective
- Some of the themes that can be worked on the sessions: trust, transparency, silo breaking, team integration, systemic view, collaborative attitude, assertive communication, ownership attitude, conflicts, influence, etc.
Sessions of: 4h, 8h, or 16h
Classes of up to 20/30 people
We develop the Team building content based on each team’s specific need. As preparation for the activity, preliminary meetings are held with the requester and those involved to develop an exclusive content for each client and for each need indicated.
