Bem Group, Hoya and Elfa Group (ALL PERTAINING TO THE HEALTHCARE SEGMENT)
The companies were going through a phase of greater professional development of their management: from a more informal way to a manner more aligned with modern management practices. To that end, executives from these groups decided to invest in the training of upper and middle management on topics that would enable better communication within and between teams, more effective conflict resolution, leadership of organizational changes, better time management and routine management of areas and especially, which was expected, in behavioral terms, for the current leaders of each company. SETA developed plans of 2 to 4 training modules, with 8 hours each. The spontaneous recommendation rate among participants from the three companies was approximately 80% (in other words, 4 out of 5 people tend to speak spontaneously and positively about their learning experience). In the specific case of the BEM Group, at the end of the final module, the executives attended the closing session personally and could see the results of the participants’ “Action Learning” works and provide excellent feedback to them on all the personal and professional development they had achieved.
