PROCESS MAPPING AND RISK ASSESSMENT (FMEA)

Mapping the main pharmaceutical process to ensure that they follow the documentation required by pharmaceutical GMP (GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES).
We also applied the FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) technique to identify and create an action plan that would mitigate the main risks in the company’s core processes.
