ESTABLISHING GOALS AND ALIGNMENT WITH ROUTINE MANAGEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS

19/09/2016 Case GE Plastics – Establishing Goals, Monitoring Indicators and Mentoring Six Sigma Projects
Seta’s associates Fábio Sacoman and Marcio Francato worked as Black Belts at GE Plastics from 2001 to 2004 and were responsible for establishing objectives in their respective departments, in addition to monitoring key metrics throughout the year and defining the improvement projects to meet such goals.
They reported the indicators to Senior Management and to the Organization’s headquarters in the USA, in addition to reporting the progress of projects to the organization’s Master Black Belt.
 
Case Romi (EQUIPAMENT) - Unrolling Goals to the supervision level and alignment with the performance assessment process
Seta’s Consultant established Business objectives from the CEO to the Executives, Managers and Supervisors.
Once established, meeting metrics goals was tied to the variable compensation of executives and became an important part of the whole performance assessment process for the organization’s executives.

Case American Tower  (TELECOMMUNICATIONS)
Goals were rolled out based on the CEO’s objectives in order to align all areas with the Business Objective and with the goals stipulated by the company’s headquarters, as well as repositioning the business within a 3-year Plan.
