Assessment of the Management Model in the Insurance area, with visit to areas and conversations with the company’s executives. Elaboration of the Management Model diagnosis, as well as a Proposal for its evolution using the Six Sigma methodology, including Organizational Structure, Training and Investment Plan and Presentation to the Board.

Case O Boticário (COSMETICS)
Assessment of the Management Model in the Cosmetics area, with visit to areas and conversations with the company’s executives. Elaboration of the Management Model diagnosis, as well as a Proposal for its evolution using the Six Sigma methodology.  Report prepared and delivered to the requesting area.

Case Novelis (STEELWORKS)
Visits to all company facilities located in Pindamonhangaba-SP, São Caetano do Sul-SP, Ouro Preto-MG and Aratu-BA (Brazil). Assessment of the Continuous Improvement Program based on the Six Sigma Methodology and identification of opportunities for improvement presented to the requesting area.
