Sanofi-Aventis Case (PHARMACEUTICALS AND ANIMAL HEALTH) – Leadership in a Matrix Environment

The HR Department at Sanofi-Aventis in Latin America asked Seta for a training design and delivery solution to be applied to all of the company’s executives in Latin America. Once the material is validated by HR, the training was applied in 16 Groups in Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Panama, involving over 200 regional executives. Training conducted in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Olam Case (AGRICULTURAL COMMODITIES) - Leadership

Seta was asked to develop content and apply training for the company’s Leadership in the region, covering topics such as People Development and Operational Excellence. This action was part of the local HR strategy for integrating Indian executives from the company’s headquarters with the executives in Latin America. The material was designed and validated by the company’s HR department and applied for executives in Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil, in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
