This is a 100% asynchronous training, with an expected total duration of 4 hours, which allows you to complete it all at once , or little by little , according to your time availability. On completion you will receive a certificate of completion.  •  Self-leader (Leadership training):
Participants will be guided on a journey of self-knowledge, where they will learn to understand what Character Strengths are, how to identify them in themselves and how to mobilize them to leverage their personal and professional development.
In addition, the first module emphasizes the importance of the Growth Mindset as a powerful tool for continuous development, encouraging participants to adopt an attitude of learning and resilience in the face of challenges. The theme 'Above and below the line' will help you identify and practice positive behaviors that promote responsibility, transparency and personal growth, avoiding attitudes that undermine trust and collaboration within a group.


- Leader of others (Transformational leadership):
In the second module, which works on interpersonal relationships, we will talk about Psychological Safety, which is another essential aspect in modern organizations. The course will give trainee leaders some tips on the skills and strategies needed to create an inclusive working environment, where everyone feels valued and able to contribute fully.
We mustn't forget that communication is fundamental in any leadership context, which is why this module integrates principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC), enabling participants to express themselves with clarity, empathy and authenticity, while cultivating healthy and productive relationships. In addition, recognizing the importance of diversity and inclusion in modern organizations, our course addresses issues related to Diversity and Inclusion and Unconscious Biases, helping participants to recognize and mitigate their own unconscious biases, thus ensuring fairer and more equitable leadership.
