Basic Structure:

Introduction

  • Concepts of operating excellence and process view, including inputs and outputs
  • Indicator concept
Routine Management

  • The seven steps of routine management
  • Define basic processes under the department responsibility
  • Establish the general process view using SIPOC
  • Draw the current process using process maps as is and to be
  • Define control points and key indicators through visual management
  • Define follow-up meetings and indicator monitoring
  • Implement problem-solving methodology using MASP
  • Lead continuous improvement for processes not meeting customer requirements
  • Process standardization and procedures
  • Participants are divided into groups and each group selects a topic to be worked on
