- Define basic processes under the department responsibility
- Establish the general process view using SIPOC
- Draw the current process using process maps as is and to be
- Define control points and key indicators through visual management
- Define follow-up meetings and indicator monitoring
- Implement problem-solving methodology using MASP
- Lead continuous improvement for processes not meeting customer requirements
- Process standardization and procedures
- Participants are divided into groups and each group selects a topic to be worked on
