- Indicator concept
- Indicator analysis: concept of center and variation
Routine Management
- The seven steps for routine management
- Define basic processes under the department responsibility
- Establish the general process view
- Draw the current process
- Define control points and key indicators using visual management
- Define follow-up meetings and indicator monitoring
- Implement problem-solving methodology using MASP
- Lead continuous improvement for processes not meeting customer requirements
- Participants will be divided into groups and each group will select a topic to be worked on
Workloads:
- 8 hours: without MASP implementation in the class exercise
- 16 hours: with MASP implementation in the class exercise
