Basic Structure:

Introduction

  • Concepts of operating excellence and process view, including inputs and outputs
  • Indicator concept
  • Indicator analysis: concept of center and variation
Routine Management

  • The seven steps for routine management
  • Define basic processes under the department responsibility
  • Establish the general process view
  • Draw the current process
  • Define control points and key indicators using visual management
  • Define follow-up meetings and indicator monitoring
  • Implement problem-solving methodology using MASP
  • Lead continuous improvement for processes not meeting customer requirements
  • Participants will be divided into groups and each group will select a topic to be worked on
Workloads:

  • 8 hours: without MASP implementation in the class exercise
  • 16 hours: with MASP implementation in the class exercise
