The objectives of this course are:
  • Teach how to translate organizational values into behavioral indicators.
  • Present methods for reinforcing and sustaining desired behaviors.
  • Enable leaders to act as cultural ambassadors in daily routines.

  • Self assessment: strengths and opportunity areas for each value
  • Carousel activity: sharing good practices
  • Determine what is expected regarding behaviors for the members of our teams
