Structure:
- Understand the effective communication model: think, feel, believe and do
- Explore the five elements of impact presentations
- Content: audience gap analysis, micro statement, power of three and the impact of storytelling
- Managing the audience: questions and answers and engagement of the entire audience
- Trust: posture, facial expression and preparation
- Body language
- Voice control
- Practice techniques applied to an actual presentation
- Presentations will be recorded for later analysis and participants will receive feedback from peers regarding performance and application of the techniques learned
Pre-Work:
Prepare one presentation of five to ten minutes for the course
