Do you understand the financial impact of your decisions? Do you know how to use the financial language your organization speaks? The Finance for Non-Financial Professionals course translates concepts of accounting, costs, and key indicators into accessible language, enabling professionals from various areas to make safer and more strategic decisions.

**The objectives of this course are:**
  • Understand the financial language used by organizations.
  • Gain a clear view of how decisions made in different areas affect the organization through financial reports (Income Statement and Balance Sheet).
  • Enable professionals to use financial indicators in business decisions.
  • Analyze the financial viability of Capex projects (IRR, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return) and Opex projects (hard and soft dollar, free cash flow).

Many managers have great ideas but lose credibility because they lack basic financial knowledge. This course prepares participants to clearly discuss results, defend projects, and strengthen their strategic influence.
