  • Communication Preferences: Action vs Emotion Matrix
  • Communication Styles: director, expressive, pacifier, and analytical
  • Golden Rule and Platinum Rule of Communication
  • How to interact with each person based on your style (Do’s and Don’ts)
  • Know how to approach / involve other members to develop good teamwork
  • Individual Action Plan
