Being an Agile Coach means being able to lead and implement projects using agility concepts. This course develops such competencies by teaching participants how agile rituals, artifacts, and metrics can be incorporated into the daily routines of all company areas (not only IT and Digital) to increase efficiency, supporting the need to deal with constant changes that affect the market and organizational routines.

The objectives of this course are:
  • Understand and apply the concepts of agility.
  • Develop facilitation skills for agile teams.
  • Enable professionals to sustain agile transformation in organizations.

Participants develop an agile project during the course.
Agile transformations often fail when there is a lack of preparation to handle resistance and align cultures. This course demonstrates how the Agile Coach acts as a catalyst, helping teams mature and consolidate results over time.
