Continuous Improvement Programs and Process Office
Objective:
To support companies throughout the life cycle of their continuous improvement program, innovation or process office (with methodologies that help generate business results and engage employees).
Possibilities:
- • Part Time Consultant (allocated a few days a month to support the Program)
• Full Time Consultant (permanent assignment to speed up implementation and results, ideal for companies that don't yet have continuous improvement teams)
Work plan:
• Awareness Talk for Managers (2 to 4 hours).
• Prioritization and Categorization of Opportunities / Strategic Deployment Event
• Change Management Event to outline actions that mitigate risks and resistance
• Execution and Mentoring of Projects, Kaizen Events or Design Sprints
• Training,
• Governance and Effectiveness Assessment;
• Earnings Calculation and Executive Reports
• Recognition and Certification
