SETA Training & Consulting helps its clients interpret and apply the
Agile Mindset throughout their organizations, including assisting them in adapting the main frameworks/rituals/artifacts/metrics outside the Digital/IT area. We develop training programs and provide coaching for the implementation of Projects/Squads/Rituals in various areas of the client's organization.
One of the great differentiators of our work is helping the client to bring agile practices into the organization while respecting the existing Management and Operational Excellence Models.
We don't see "Agile" as a
revolution, but rather as an
evolution, where efficiency and flexibility live together in harmony.
We understand that, for example, in the Digital / IT areas it makes perfect sense for the client to follow an
Agile framework (such as SCRUM, Kanban, XP, etc.) more rigorously, but when we scale
Agile Thinking to other areas adaptations need to be made and the current Management Model, Operational Excellence and Innovation need to be respected.
We believe in the concept of the
Ambidextrous Company: efficient and disciplined with a strong Management Model, but flexible and adaptable to respond to the changes imposed by customers / the market / technology.

These Programs are characterized by being requested by companies that have a strong Management and Continuous Improvement Model, but want to understand how to incorporate
agile rites and artifacts into the Organization with the help of existing facilitators.
