Objective:
Integrate management methodologies (PDCA, LEAN, SIX SIGMA and PROJECT MANAGEMENT) frequently used in your company with the agile mindset, bringing the benefits of flexibility, frequent and incremental value delivery.
Most commonly used techniques:
- Workshop (6h to 8h): Event facilitation, study of personas, identification of opportunities in the use of the current method and building together with the teams a new integrated methodological framework that brings faster and more frequent results.
NOTE: SETA brings examples of market benchmarking to help teams create a new model that takes local culture into account.

• Examples of adapted models already applied to SETA clients.
• Agile customization / integration exercise in groups (it is possible to parallelize tables, building integrated models of up to 4 different methodologies)
• SETA mentoring in the first projects applied (at least 3 fortnightly cycles of support are suggested)
