The *Leader Coach* course was designed for leaders who want to develop people through dialogue, listening, and powerful questioning. It teaches how to use coaching tools to promote autonomy, growth, and engagement within teams.

**The objectives of this course are:**
  • Present the fundamentals of the coaching approach in leadership.
  • Teach how to ask meaningful questions and provide developmental feedback.
  • Strengthen listening, trust-building, and empowerment practices.

**_Structure_:** - Exercise: “The Spider Web“  - The main role of a leader: make his/her employees even better - Difference between Coaching x Mentoring - In which situations should we use each approach - Identify the opportunities to lead conversations in the “coaching” or “mentoring” format - The importance of “know how to listen” - Concept of “inside out” vs “from the inside out” - Identify areas of strengths and opportunities how to develop as a coach/mentor - Ask the right questions - Feedback – E.O.I Model - Communication during the coaching process - “ Peer Consulting “ – helping your peers to improve their team skills _**Pre-Work**_**:**  Read of articles and 2-3 videos (5 minutes each) on Seta’s virtual platform – Management Development  _**Duration:**_ 8 hours
