- Activity: at the end of the training, the participants will be divided in groups to read and interpret actual control charts of the client and present to the other groups in class.
**_Workload_:** 8 hours
**_Pre-Work_:** Prepare and send to SETA some of the database of the involved processes.
_**NOTE:**_ There is the option of using Minitab and Action software for statistical analysis.
