_Basic Structure_: INTRODUCTION - Concepts of Operating Excellence and Process view (inputs and outputs) - Indicator concept **ROUTINE MANAGEMENT** - The seven steps of Routine management:       1 – Define basic processes under the department responsibility;       2 – Establish the Process General View (SIPOC)       3 – Draw the current process (Process Maps as is and to be)       4 – Define control points and key indicators – sight management;       5 – Define follow up meetings and indicators monitoring;       6 – Implement problem solution methodology (MASP);       7 – Lead continuous improvement to processes that are not meeting customer requirements. - Process Standardization / Procedures _**Workload**_**:** 8 h. **_Pre-Work_:** Prepare topics to be worked in class _**NOTE:**_ No need for computer use * The participants are divided into groups and each group will select a topic to be worked.
