For professionals already certified as Yellow Belts, the LSS Green Belt Upgrade course accelerates the transition to more complex projects. The program focuses on statistical analysis, advanced tools, and team leadership, expanding the impact of improvement initiatives.

- Measurement System Analysis (Kappa and R&R)
- Basic Charts
- Data Exploratory Analysis – group exercises
- Capability Calculation – Discrete and Continuous Data
- Hypothesis Test (comparison of averages, medians and variation using: ANOVA, 1-Sample-T, 2-Sample-T, F-Test, Levene Test)
- Squared Chi Tests
- Simple Regression Analysis
- Statistical Process Control (SPC) for continuous data (Xbarra-R, Xbarra-S, IMR)
- Statistical Process Control (SPC) for discrete data (c, u, p, np)
