The LSS Green Belt course enables professionals to apply Lean Six Sigma to medium-complexity projects. The program combines teamwork through qualitative tools (Voice of the People) with data analysis (Voice of the Process), preparing participants to generate consistent gains in efficiency and quality.

The objectives of this course are:
  • Teach how to conduct medium-complexity DMAIC projects.
  • Develop the use of statistical tools to increase decision-making accuracy when solving problems.
  • Train professionals capable of implementing changes that help the organization achieve its goals.

The training includes a gamified platform where participants simulate a complete Six Sigma project, going through all phases and practicing the tools learned in the course.
While many companies limit themselves to isolated initiatives, those with well-prepared Green Belts achieve sustainable results. This course enables professionals to structure solid projects, reduce costs, and consolidate long-term improvements.

Workload:

80 Hours

Pre-Work:

video classes on SETA virtual platform

NOTE:

There is the option of using Minitab or Action software for statistical analysis

Throughout all the phases of the DMAIC flow, techniques and tools for using Artificial Intelligence in project execution will be covered

Differentiators:

It also includes SETA’s digital certificate (electronic badge), issued by Open Badge with Blockchain authentication standard (the same used for Bitcoins), that may be used in social networks, email signatures, etc.

The structure may be adjusted
