Kaizen Facilitator Training
How can an organization ensure that the culture of continuous improvement endures across all areas? The Kaizen Leaders & Multipliers Training provides the answer. The goal is to train leaders who can not only lead a Kaizen event but also spread this mindset throughout the organization.
**The objectives of this course are:**
Participants carry out a small Kaizen exercise in class for theoretical learning, followed by a real Kaizen event in their organization under the guidance of an experienced facilitator.
Companies that apply Kaizen build more participative and productive environments. This course demonstrates how to spread the Kaizen culture through the training of internal multipliers.
