**_Basic Structure_:** - Process View - Introduction to Minitab - Importance of statistical significance on decision making - Basic Statistics (measurement of position and scatter) - Basic Charts (Pareto, Scatter, Box Plot, Trend) - Analysis of Correlation and Simple Regression - Measurement System Analysis (MSA) - Capability for discrete and continuous data (Xbarra-R, Xbarra-S, IMR) - Hypothesis Test (comparing averages, medians and variation using: ANOVA, 1-Sample-T, 2-Sample-T, F-Test, Levene Test) - Normal Distribution and Other distributions - Normality Test - Analysis of Capability for non-normal data; - Box-Cox Transformation; - Practical exercises using daily examples of the department (brought by participants in the training, but 20 days previously sent to SETA for the instructor knowledge) **_Workload_:** 24 hours **_Pre-Work_:** Not available _**NOTE:**_  There is the option of using Minitab or Action software for statistical analysis
