**The objectives of this course are:**
  • Present the basic principles of agility.
  • Teach agile practices applied to people management.
  • Develop leaders prepared for uncertain and dynamic environments.

Many leaders still attempt to apply traditional models in unstable contexts, generating resistance and low performance. This course teaches how to apply agile leadership to reduce barriers, increase engagement, and strengthen results.
