5S

The 5S course presents the five senses that structure organized, safe, and productive environments. The training teaches how to apply each stage of the method, creating discipline and engagement to transform physical spaces and work processes.

The objectives of this course are:

There is an option to extend the training for the practical application of 5S in the organization’s areas.
