**_Structure:_** - Know your audience (gap analysis) - Creating the micro statement - The “Power of three” - Storytelling: creating empathy - Components of Storytelling: Think, Feel, Believe, and Do_During the course:_ - Practice the presentation 2x, comparing the ‘before’ to the ‘after’ - The presentations are recorded and the presenter will receive feedbacks from the other participants and the instructor **_Pre-work:_** Prepare 1 or 2 presentations of 5 pages (20 minutes) _**Duration:**_ 8 hours _**Participants:**_  10 to 12 people maximum, divided in 2 classrooms
