The LSS Master Black Belt course is designed for specialists who want to lead improvement programs within an organization. Participants develop skills to mentor and train Belts, structure improvement programs, prioritize project portfolios, and connect improvement initiatives to strategic priorities.

**The objectives of this course are:**
  • Train mentors capable of coaching and guiding Belts at all levels.
  • Teach how to design project portfolios and improvement governance.
  • Through advanced continuous improvement strategies, participants develop the ability to lead complex projects and align operational excellence initiatives with organizational objectives.

Without systemic direction, initiatives lose focus and struggle to align with business strategy. This course teaches how to design training pathways, manage portfolios, and sustain improvement cycles—coordinating teams and metrics to expand corporate impact with consistency.
