For those who are already Green Belts, advancing to Black Belt doesn’t have to be a long journey. This course accelerates progress by focusing on advanced statistical analysis, team leadership, and solution design that expand the impact and reach of projects within the organization.

The training includes a full case study where participants act as Black Belts to help the company recover from a challenging market situation.
