The LSS Black Belt course trains leaders capable of conducting high-impact strategic projects and supporting the development of smaller-scale initiatives led by Green and Yellow Belts. Aimed at professionals who need to transform data into decisions, the program combines advanced statistics, team management, change management, and a focus on sustainable results.

The objectives of this course are:
  • Enable project leaders to solve complex problems through the Lean Six Sigma methodology.
  • Teach advanced data analysis for more assertive problem-solving decisions.
  • Prepare professionals to lead cross-functional teams in strategic projects.

The training includes a gamified platform where participants simulate a complete Six Sigma project, going through all phases and practicing the tools presented during the program.
Many companies struggle to sustain gains across areas and cycles. Here, participants learn to eliminate root causes, standardize processes, and align metrics with business goals, creating governance and statistical mastery to ensure robust and lasting improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost.
