The 5S course presents the five senses that structure organized, safe, and productive environments. The training teaches how to apply each stage of the method, creating discipline and engagement to transform physical spaces and work processes.

**The objectives of this course are:**
  • Teach the five senses (use, organization, cleanliness, standardization, and discipline).
  • Develop practices for organizing and improving the work environment.
  • Engage teams in maintaining discipline and the defined standards.

There is an option to extend the training for the practical application of 5S in the organization’s areas.
Companies that apply 5S build clearer and safer routines, reduce waste, and strengthen the culture of continuous improvement. This course shows how to implement the methodology in a practical way, with visible results in day-to-day operations.
