Objective: To develop the groups (intact teams) on specific themes defined in advance, with a focus on integrating the team/area and achieving better results as a single group, rather than as a collection of 'grouped' individuals.

Program content: to be defined together with the client

- Fully customized sessions for each area/public
- In these meetings we will work on techniques to reflect on the role of each person within the organization/area and their impact on the group as a whole, as well as defining personal and collective commitments to take the organization/area towards the goal set
- Some themes that can be worked on in the sessions: trust, transparency, breaking down silos, team integration, systemic vision, collaborative attitude, assertive communication, owner attitude, conflicts, influence, among others.

Sessions of: 4h, 8h or 16h

Classes of up to 20/30 people

We build the content of the team building based on the specific needs of each team.  To prepare for the activity, preliminary meetings are held with the requesters and key stakeholders in order to build exclusive content for each client and each need identified.
