Objective: SETA has been helping its clients to develop leadership programs that help prepare the future leaders of the organization. Even before occupying leadership positions, the professionals trained with this SETA solution understand what is expected of the leader in the company where they work.

SETA, besides having worked for many years with the development of Trainee programs in several companies, from various market segments, in Brazil and around the world, has a very pragmatic language with many examples applied to the challenges encountered in day-to-day business. In addition to young professionals, we develop all levels of leadership in a company, which allows us to easily perform in specific scenarios and situations in which we can apply the concepts and theories in a very assertive and impactful way.

The programs include both technical and behavioral contents, always in line with the competencies to be developed in future leaders, always aligned with the values and purposes of the organization.

Seta develops the learning pathways, provides training and monitors the projects developed by the interns, helping to evaluate them, identify performance gaps and develop personal improvement plans.
