Flowchart (traditional or by lanes) with identification of waste
VSM (Value Stream Map) or MFV (Value Stream Map) to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
Work plan:
• Process mapping (software: Visio, Bizagi or Draw.io).
• Survey of opportunities.
• Survey of existing indicators.
• On-site visit to the process / validation with managers.
• Process risk analysis (technique: FMEA).
