 •   Leader of oneself (Leadership training):
Participants will be guided on a journey of self-discovery, where they will learn to understand what Character Strengths are, how to identify them in themselves, and how to mobilize them to leverage their personal and professional development.
In addition, the first module emphasizes the importance of Growth Mindset as a powerful tool for continuous development, encouraging participants to adopt an attitude of learning and resilience in the face of challenges. The theme "Above and Below the Line" will help you identify and practice positive behaviors that promote responsibility, transparency, and personal growth, avoiding attitudes that undermine trust and collaboration within a group.

• Leader of others (Transformational leadership):
In the second module, which focuses on interpersonal relationships, we will talk about Psychological Safety, another essential aspect in modern organizations. The course will give aspiring leaders some tips on the skills and strategies needed to create an inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and able to contribute fully.
We must not forget that communication is fundamental in any leadership context, which is why this module integrates principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC), enabling participants to express themselves with clarity, empathy, and authenticity, while cultivating healthy and productive relationships. Furthermore, recognizing the importance of diversity and inclusion in modern organizations, our course addresses issues related to Diversity and Inclusion and Unconscious Bias, helping participants recognize and mitigate their own unconscious biases, thus ensuring fairer and more equitable leadership.
