Structure:
- Understand the effective communication model: “think, feel, believe, and do”
- Explore the 5 elements of impact presentations:
         - Content: analysis of audience gaps, micro statement, “power of three", the impact of "story telling"
         - Managing the audience: questions and answers, engagement of all the audience
         - Trust: posture, facial expression, preparation
         - Body language
         - Voice control
- Practice techniques for an actual presentation
- Each presentation will be recorded for later analysis of the presentation; besides that, the other participants will give feedbacks about the performance and application of the techniques learned in the course

Pre-Work: Prepare 1 presentation of 5-10 minutes for the course (20 minutes)
